Create fabric prints in this special workshop perfect for beginners! Work with patterns from specially pre-carved linoleum blocks inspired by decorative tiles from Peranakan architecture. Choose colours to block print in washable inks and design your own bespoke length of fabric that can be used as a scarf, table runner, or other textile decoration.
All participants will take home a student pack containing instructions and supplier information. No art experience is necessary and all materials are included. Please bring along an apron or other protection, as inks used can permanently stain clothing. Participants must be over 15 years old. Images from this workshop may be used for marketing purposes unless otherwise indicated.
Limited to 20 pax per session on a first-come, first-served basis. To register click the following link: http://bit.ly/2bVslpz
